Thermal insulation jacket gate valve introduction
Thermal insulation jacket gate valve is full jacket design with manual, electric, pneumatic actuator,Thermal insulation jacket gate valve is mainly used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, pharmaceutical and other systems to transport the high viscosity medium that will solidify at room temperature. The clamp of Thermal insulation jacket gate valve is soldered between the two flanges of the valve, and the side and bottom of the jacketed gate valve are provided with the connecting port of the clamp.Due to the addition of the jacket, Thermal insulation jacket gate valve connection flange size is one to two specifications than the same specification of ordinary ball valve connection flange, but the length of the structure and the same specification of the jacketed gate valve, the jacket can flow freely through steam or other hot insulation media, to ensure that the viscous medium can flow smoothly through the valve.

Thermal insulation jacket gate valve application
Thermal insulation jacket gate valve is suitable for opening and closing with nominal pressure PN1.0 ~ 10.0MPa, Class150 ~ 600, JIS10K ~ 20K, working temperature -29 ~ 425℃ (carbon steel), -40 ~ 500℃ (stainless steel) pipeline, and can keep heat and prevent medium crystallization.
Different materials can be used for heavy oil, glue, nitric acid, acetic acid, strong oxidizing medium and urea, etc.
